Our current production capacity is over 2.2 million FIBCs and Polyethylene Liner per year and we are continuously investing in order to cater to our ever-growing industry. The proof of the sincerity and seriousness of management is uncompromising emphasis on the integrity of the character. This above all has to be symbolized in management’s “people” decision. For it is character through which leadership is exercised; it is the character that set the example and is limited. Character is not something one can fool people about. The people with whom a person works and especially subordinates know in a few weeks whether he or she had integrity or not. They may forgive a person for a great deal, incompetence, ignorance, insecurity, or bad manners but they will neither ignore nor forgive a lack of integrity in an individual.
This is particularly true of the people at the head of an enterprise. For the spirit of an organization is created from the top. If an organization is great in spirit, it is because the spirit of its top people is great. If it decays, it does so because of the top rots; as the proverb has it. “Trees die from the top”. No one should ever be appointed to the senior position unless the top management is willing to have his or her character serve as the model for subordinates.

Plant Capacity
Extrusion Tape Liner
Produce 4.32 million kgs per annum of Polypropylene tapes of various weights and strengths.
Circular Looms
Circular looms from 4-shuttle to 8-shuttle which can produce 20 cms tube to 220 cms tube and 100 Gsm to 240 Gsm in weight. It can produce 13.8 million meters of fabrics per annum. Flat Fabric is produced from Circular Looms by using Heat Cutter Device.
Extrusion Coating Line
Lamination plant which can produce from 1 meter to 2 meters and thickness based on Customer requirements. It laminates 20.0 million meters per annum.
Lifting Belt (Webbing)
Belt making machine from 02 heads to 04 heads. Produce 2.5 cms to 10 cms width. It produces 24.5 million meters of webbing per annum.
Preparatory/ Cutting/ Hole Cutting/ Sealing
Various types of heat cutting and sealing machines.
Printing
Flexo-graphic printing facility where it can print upto 5 color on all four-sides of the bag.
PE Liner
Produce 2.2 million kg liner tube/liner sheets per annum.
Bag Finishing
Produce 2.2 million FIBCs per annum for non- dangerous goods. Stitching pattern i.e safety stitching, siftproofing Stitching, chain stitch, lock stitch,radial stitching etc.
International flexible bulk bag testing requirements
Equipments to check the denier, breaking strength of tapes, woven fabric uncoated and coated ,adhesion test,webbing and FIBC bag. The other types of tests are:- Elongation Testing, UV Testing, Load Test, Breaking Strength etc to meet the requirements.
